1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We also store your Kindle email address if you provide it, and encrypted content data during processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: (a) authenticate your identity via Google OAuth, (b) associate processed content with your account, (c) send EPUB files to your Kindle device when requested, (d) improve the service through anonymized usage data.

3. Data Security

All converted content is AES-256 encrypted per account. We cannot read or access your content. All connections are protected with HTTPS/TLS.

4. Data Retention

Temporary content is automatically deleted after 7 days. Account information is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

Epub2y uses: Google OAuth for authentication, Amazon SES/Resend for Kindle email delivery, LemonSqueezy for international payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your login (required) and optional anonymous analytics cookies. You may decline analytics cookies without affecting core functionality.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this page.
